Dan Wise - Founder & CEO

Since the age of 14, Dan has been an entrepreneur, with a focus on consumer product closeouts and technology. As a teenager, Dan would buy out obsolete first quality samples from showroom shelves and sell them at Flea Markets on the weekends. He later discovered it was less time consuming and more lucrative to wholesale larger volumes of merchandise to off-price retailers.

In 1995, Dan continued in the closeout wholesale genre, working for a division of United Overseas Group PLC, UniTrade Marketing Group, in New York City. After gaining valuable market experience there from some really great guys, they sadly parted ways and Dan founded the first online b2b marketplace for excess inventories, - a company dedicated to creating more liquidity for the traditionally fragmented closeout marketplace.

In 2008, Dan relocated to Montreal, Canada where he founded CroJack, a fresh, new and highly relevant approach to buying and selling closeouts.

Scott Jackson - VP, Canada Sales

Scott's professional career started as a teen working for local toy manufacturer Ritvik (now a divison of Mattel Inc.) in its distribution facilities. Passionate about school while working full-time in the toy industry proved challenging yet he persevered in both endeavours successfully through hard-work, dedication and plenty of passion.

After managing several core divisions such as Customer service, Retail merchandising, Consumer marketing, Trade marketing and Sales, Scott left the company in 2014 to start his own full-service sales agency. Since that time, Scott has become and integral part of our team and manages our inline distribution division for some of the largest toy companies in the world.

For over 20 years, Scott's creative, personable and results-oriented style has solidified his reputation in the global toy industry as someone who can be trusted to deliver at the highest level. Scott treats customers and suppliers like family and prides himself on over-delivering on a daily-basis.

Julie Wullkotte - VP, US Sales

Julie brings to CroJack a unique background which encompasses retail merchandising, marketing, product development, sales management and retail business development. She started her career in retail as a buyer/merchandise manager for a large Midwest department store chain. She then switched to the manufacturing world where she led the sales, marketing and product development efforts for several consumer product companies and has worked in most key retail channels including value, mass, drug, grocery and specialty. An entrepreneur as well, she owned her own design, sourcing sales company for several years, developing direct import programs for large retailers.

Julie describes herself as an expert in product positioning. She looks forward to partnering with our retail, distributor, sales and wholesale partners to create profitable sales solutions for all!

Melissa Everson - VP, Purchasing

Melissa comes to us with 25 years' experience and knowledge in purchasing closeouts and every day goods, inventory management, financial planning and training replenishment buyers. She has worked for large companies such as Albertson's, American Stores (owner of Lucky Stores, Acme/Jewel & Osco), and Dollar Tree. Dollar Tree purchased Greenbacks All A Dollar, based out of Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2003 and offered her a position. She spent 15 years at Dollar Tree, where she was most recently Closeout Merchandise Manager for 10 years.

Melissa's knowledge and integrity, along with her vibrant, genuine and warm personality has enabled her to be successful in building strong relationships with the vendor community. She will go the extra mile for suppliers because she really cares! We are excited to have her as part of our team.
